My work begins with creating a grounded container so you can arrive fully, in your own pacing.
We pay attention to what wants to be seen—inviting the undercurrents. This is a space for exploration, for noticing, for making contact with parts of you that have been waiting to emerge. We invite your full self forward.
Through subtle shifts in energy, movement, and presence, you begin to express more. Your full range of expression is not only allowed but celebrated.
The camera becomes a mirror. A witness. Sometimes even a playmate.
You’ll leave with more than photos. You’ll tap back into your essence and lean into your becoming.
“When I think of you, I think of the power of your attention, your laser-like ability to see through my outer layers and capture parts of me on film that I knew were in me but that I couldn't see.
It's as though my experience with you unearthed and showed me where I wanted to go next - to have my inner radiance reflected back at me by how I show up in the world. And, I have been naturally heading in that direction ever since.”

During our call, we’ll find a day that feels good and go from there. Email me to schedule your free call.
-
Your photoshoot can happen at your own home, a studio, a favorite place you feel most alive. What matters most is you feel comfortable and we can talk more about this on our call.

We set aside the day for our shoot. When we begin is flexible. If you're a morning person we’ll begin earlier, if you’re more of an evening person, then we start later.
We explore until we’re done and we will both know when that is. Suddenly, we’ll look at one another and say something like, ‘yes, we’re complete for now’. I’ll pack up my gear and leave you to take excellent care of yourself.

Bringing a friend is rarely a good thing. Here are my feelings/thoughts about this. Boils down to this. Something I read years ago in a book about Frank Fools Crow. He said something like this, “it’s difficult to change when everyone around you is reminding you of who you’ve been”.
You are coming to be seen anew, fresh, no stories, no baggage, no have to’s, no should’s, no body to remind you of who you’ve been. You’re showing up to be discovered, seen, appreciated, loved, evoked, celebrated, danced alive into playing with who you’ve always been but have been waiting to show the world.
With this, is your time after the shoot. This is a precious time, a time of holding close your experiences, your revelations, your celebrations, understandings, ah ha’s, and WHOA’s. It will be a time to take all of this to your dreams, your waking moments of wonderment, your moments of emptiness when suddenly something brand new comes into your consciousness and you blush with excitement, swell with joy, giggle with glee or just breathe gently into a new sense of yourself.
Sharing your experience too soon, as well as your images, with another invites perspectives from someone who has known you and wasn’t there. There are those who can be absolutely for you, listen without putting in their thoughts and actually be a space for you to explore further and this takes a special kind of person. If you have that person, perhaps they can be there, maybe drop you off and pick you up afterwards. Cook you dinner and tuck you in after a good long day of self discovery.

I’ll put up a password protected web gallery just for you. There will be somewhere between 30-75 images. If you’d like, we schedule a call to go through them together the first time.

You’ll be able to order prints directly from your personal gallery. In your gallery, you’ll be able to choose favorites. This is a powerful thing to do and here’s the reason. As you come back your gallery, come back to see yourself over and over again you’ll begin to see yourself differently. You may see images a month later you never saw when you first went through them. Why? My thought is it takes time to see the magnificence of ourselves, time to let these new reflections of yourself shine through to your own heart. As you assimilate more, you are able to take in more. And this is why selecting favorites is a good exercise. Very often your favorites will shift and that, to me, is a wonderful thing.

You will not own the copyright of the images of you. The copyright will be mine and you may use your images for whatever you want short of selling them for stock image use or things of that nature. If you’d like to rent a billboard and have your amazing heart beaming across the highways and byways, you can absolutely do that. Seems like a wonderful thing to me.
-
The images we create together are yours but for the copyright. The images of you do not go into circulation, are not sold or published. I may want to use some images of our time together along with some words from you about your experience to help others understand more about what happens during a shoot. The more of these the better as everyone’s shoot is unique. Before I put anything up on my website, you will be shown the images for your approval. Totally up to you.

If you find you absolutely can’t get yourself in to be in front of the camera, I’ll understand. We’ll work something out depending upon how close to the shoot date it is.
Here’s the thing.
There’s often a protective part in us who doesn’t want to be seen for one reason or another. Usually these parts are trying to keep us safe and these parts are afraid of things changing. And they have every right- because things are going to change. You are going to say things, express things, show aspects of yourself and once seen, well, there’s no going back to the way it was.
So, let’s love up that protective part of you leading up to your shoot date. Let’s explore how we can create safety for you to emerge in a way that honors all parts of you. Tending to your integration is an important part of our process together.

There’s no such thing as too many questions.
Someone once said to me, “The first people had questions and they were free. The second people had answers and they were enslaved”.
Once we book a shoot, you’ll be able to call, text, email or send up smoke signals.
We’ll talk about anything you need to talk about so you feel as clear as possible to begin your shoot.
